A private, independent, research and educational organization, LEXREX seeks to enlighten, inform, and empower the American people, and/or any other people, in order that they may be effectively self governed according to original American political philosophies and Constitutional law. Our goal is nothing less than a people who will accept only the total liberty with responsibility envisioned by our rugged founding generation. The result of the American people throwing off the chains of co-dependence with a growth-industry government will be a government truly obedient to the People and reduced to its Constitutionally limited size; a government, once again, 'of law, and not of men,' in other words, a government whose policies are entirely within the bounds of its governing Constitution and laws, without exception, deception, coercion, subterfuge, evasion or sophistry.

We think, but we are not a "think tank." We maintain that almost all, if not all of our contemporary political and social problems, would be eliminated by strict adherence to existing written laws made pursuant to the Constitution. The conspicuous absence of real Constitutional dialogue in full historical context is evidence enough to the honest scholar and true patriot that something is terribly wrong. The popular discussion of government policies in a vacuum of underlying lawful authority ranges from ignorance, wickedness and laziness, through disingenuous manipulation, to sedition and treachery.

The solution: LEXREX will continue to provide exceptionally comprehensive documentation regarding American history, law, Constitution and political philosophy, from a vast array of deliberately or ignorantly neglected sources, in order to elevate every concerned citizen to a level of intelligent and well-informed Constitutional and political dialogue and fully engaged constructive citizenship.
